Dried Meat Baits Available

Animal Control Technologies Australia (ACTA) is excited to announce that they are now manufacturing dried meat baits from their new, world class, purpose-built facility located in Western Australia to assist landholders and agencies reduce numbers of wild dogs and foxes.

ACTA Dried Meat Baits (DMB’s) will be available for both foxes (3mg 1080) and wild dogs (6mg 1080), utilising overabundant kangaroos from Western Australia that are professionally and responsibly sourced.

Commercial and Technical Manager at ACTA, Chris Roach says “our streamlined Western Australian facility utilises the latest production technology to ensure a top-quality product which will increase the effectiveness of baiting programs. The WA market is well aware of the effectiveness and attraction of DMB’s, and will provide an additional baiting option for state agencies, landholders and land managers working to conserve threatened native wildlife and protect lambs and other valuable livestock.”

The dried meat baits are being produced to meet the increasing demand for management tools to control wild dogs and foxes, and are approved for ground and aerial baiting programs.

DMBs are available now from participating RS7 licenced rural merchandise stores in WA in a range of sizes from Farm Packs of 5 upwards to bulk quantities for large scale programs.
